Our holiday apartment "Garden" is located in the basement, is approx. 45 m² large and offers direct access to the terrace with a view of the greenery.
Thanks to the separate entrance, you can enjoy special peace and privacy here.
The living and sleeping area is comfortably furnished and has a large window front that provides plenty of natural light. The tiled apartment has a comfortable underfloor heating in the living area and an electrically switchable underfloor heating in the bathroom.

85 €/night for 1-2 people
Each additional person:
+5 €/night
Minimum stay:
2 nights
Max. occupancy: 4 people, 2 people are recommended
All prices include final cleaning, bed linen, hand and bath towels, Wi-Fi access and a parking space.
Arrival: from 3:00 p.m.
Departure: until 11:00 a.m. or by prior arrangement
Down payment: 20% upon booking
Cancellation: free of charge with retention of the deposit until the start of the trip
Payment: in cash upon arrival or in advance via PayPal / bank transfer
🚫 Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
